General Degree in Geology (1997, University of Zimbabwe), B.Sc. Honours Degree in Geology (1998, University of Zimbabwe), M.Sc. Degree in Geology (2009, University of Namibia) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree (2018, Regent Business School, South Africa) and has worked at various levels upto Geology Manager in Zimbabwe, Namibia and South Africa and has vast experience in commodities like Platinum (and PGMs), Gold, Copper, Lead, Silver, Zinc, Lead and other commodities). Leonard has a passion for Tourism and has worked hard to develop this conference facility with the underlying desire to bring 5 star tourism facilities to Guruve – Land of Milk and Honey

Munyaradzi is the resident Operations Manager responsible for the effective day to day management of the operations at GCC. He has a natural flare for accountable performance from all.

An experienced mature lady and holder of a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) 2017, and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Finance (1994), both from the National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe. She has a broad range of knowledge and skills in finance and accounting gained in the Oil Industry and Financial Sectors.

Qualified Agricultural Engineer (B.Sc. Honours Degree in Agricultural Engineering), Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree (2015, Regent Business School, South Africa). She has extensive experience in Banking, Agricultural Engineering and Network Marketing. In her spare time she bakes cakes.

Qualified Engineer (B.Sc. Honours Degree in Biotechnology), Master of Philosophy is Biotechnology all from Chinhoyi University of Technology Zimbabwe. He is responsible for the strategy of the development of this exciting Project, with a natural flare of paying attention to detail. Worked in Biotechnology Industries, Higher Education and Research.
